It is with a sad and heavy heart that I have to tell you that Dad passed away this morning at 7:10. We were not able to get up there in time, but when we got there he looked very peaceful and it looks like he just slipped away in his sleep. He had asked for a breathing treatment this morning and was alert and communicating and then they came to check on him and he was gone. Mom and I are busy making arrangements and we'll let you know the details later. A big hug and thank you to all of you for your thoughts and prayers and kindness. It's really helped us during this time.
