Good news! Dad is doing much better. They have taken him off of Hospice care! The power of prayer is phenomenal and I thank all of you. He is not on oxygen, his breathing is normal, he's speaking more and not disoriented, it's just amazing. He hasn't been up yet, he's still weak, but I'm sure they'll work on that now. He'll be at Fairview for at least the next month and we're not sure yet that he'll be able to come home if he continues to do well, but you just never know.

We're taking Gary over to visit today and we're taking him some chicken and Mom made homemade scones, we'll take him one of those. And he's asking for some M&M's with peanuts. He's not on insulin anymore so he can have that.

He has a roommate now and that seems to be going well. They were going to switch beds because this gentleman broke his hip and needs to be closer to the restroom, Dad was fine with that.

Our neighbor, Michael brought us some chicken and rice and yummy danishes yesterday. Thank you Michael, it's much appreciated and we're taking Dad some of your chicken and we'll enjoy it tonight.

Dad even felt well enough to say hello to his brother Rol, Mom called him on her cell, he's in Georgia. He said hello, didn't talk a long time, but Uncle Rol seemed happy he was well enough to call.

So keep praying! Hugs to all of you!
